Part C: Reflection Questions
1. Which topic from calculus did you struggle with at first but now understand better? What changed?
- Trigonometry and circular functions. I was struggling very hard with it as a transferee (culture shock), and now I understand it a bit better.
2. Which topic (from any part of the semester) is still unclear to you? What specifically confuses you?
- SIN COS TAN SIR ๐ญ
3. What learning strategy helped you the most this semester?
- Teaming up and asking questions to math wizards. As a transferee, I am very culture shocked by the intense maths that are used here, OR I just havenโt tried as much as I needed to.
4. What topic in calculus do you want to explore more deeply? Why?
- ALL OF IT AGAIN SIR. As a transferee, I wish I couldโve done better Sir, seeing those scores hurt while knowing that I couldโve done more, YET, doing less than I needed to. The one time I DID try, was getting the passing score, WHICH FELT GREAT, it felt AMAZING being able to reach the passing score which only 5 or less were able to, after that, I fell, Sir. I will do better in grade 12 if we somehow still come across paths Sir Pahl! Nothing wrong with your teaching or whatsoever, I understood CLEARLY. I just didnโt try to push myself more which is ironic as a so called โmath wizardโ from the previous school sir Pahl. Thank you and God bless Sir Pahl!
